Mrs. Varsha Joshi, the esteemed CEO and Founder of Joshi’s Academy, is a passionate educator with over 33 years of teaching experience in science. She holds multiple academic qualifications, including a B.Ed., B.Sc., M.Sc. in Chemistry, and an M.A. in Economics, reflecting her deep commitment to education. After years of mentoring students, she officially founded Joshi’s Academy in 2017, creating a nurturing space for learning and excellence.
A dedicated teacher and student counselor, she goes beyond academics, guiding students with personalized mentorship and career advice. Known for treating her students like her own children, she is deeply loved and admired in Kharadi, where she has transformed the lives of thousands through her teaching. In February 2025, the Kharadi Women’s Group recognized her tireless efforts and impact on education, honoring her for her dedication and success.
As the wife of an army officer, she embodies discipline and perseverance, inspiring students to aim high.
